WORLD TRAVELER DEAL
Terms & Conditions

  • The deal is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

  • The deal cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions or discount.

  • Once purchased, the full name of the deal’s holder must be provided. Please note that this deal holder name cannot be transferred nor changed.

  • This promotion is valid to purchase from 24 March 2023 onward.

  • The reservation of flights, accommodation and limousine is valid from 20 April 2023 - 10 January 2025

  • This usage period of flights, accommodation and limousine must be in between 3 June 2023 - 28 February 2025.

  • The remaining of flights, accommodation and limousine services left after 28 February 2025 cannot be stored, extended or exchanged to cash. These will be perceived as expired.

  • The company reserves its rights to alter terms and conditions as well as the suppliers as appropriate without any advance notification.

  • For the roundtrip business class flight tickets, these following conditions apply:

    • A client must select one choice of either 3 roundtrip business class flight tickets travelling from Bangkok to any destination within Asia by Thai Airways or 2 roundtrip business class flight tickets travelling from Bangkok to any selected destination within Asia, Europe, USA, Middle East, and Australia through participating airlines.

    • Please check ‘Eligible Routes and Airlines’ for further information about selection destinations and participating airlines.

    • An advance reservation of at least 45 days is required.

    • The blackout dates apply on these following dates 22 December 2023 - 10 January 2024, 22 December 2024 - 10 January 2025, and only for Paris from 21 July 2024 - 16 August 2024 due to Olympic Games.

    • For a travel to and from London, UK during December to March, an additional charge of THB 25,000 per seat is applied. The additional charge is to be paid on the ticket reservation date.

    • For a travel to and from USA and Canada, the company reserves its rights to select the flights for the client, the client can choose the date but +2/-2 date is expected.

    • Once issued the ticket, any expenses occurred for the changes or cancellation of flights must be taken care of by the client solely.

    • The class of tickets that are included in this deal include:

      • Thai Airways: Class Z, J or Royal Silk Flexi

      • Emirates: Class H, O, or I

      • Air France: Class J, C, D, or I

      • Swiss Airline: Class C, D, or J

      • Eva Air: Class D or J

      • Korean Air: Class D, I or R

    • The company reserves its right to reserve your flight ticket from the lowest class available up until the mentioned class above. The flight mileages can be collected depending on the airline mileage terms and conditions.

    • The multi-city flights selection, code-shared flights, different routing flights or different airline flights of roundtrip tickets are not eligible.

    • One-way ticket, if selected, will be counted as a roundtrip ticket.

  • For a Global Limousine Service, these following conditions apply:

    • 2 trips of one-way airport transfers from/to selected airports are valid only for the Deal’s owner with a valid e-ticket only.

    • An advance reservation of at least 7 days is required. A postponement or cancellation must be made at least 3 days prior to the usage date, otherwise, the company will take it as ‘used’.

    • The type of vehicle provided and the limitation of number of passenger and luggage depends on the local’s suppliers, please check more details with Silver Voyage Club concierge team at +66-2-016-9975.

  • For an unlimited airport limousine service in Bangkok, these following conditions apply:

    • The unlimited airport transfers from/to Bangkok airports are valid only for the Deal’s owner with a valid e-ticket only.

    • The vehicle provided for this service is an Executive Van category (Hyundai H1 or Toyota Majesty) with a maximum of 5 passengers and 5 luggage within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Patum Thani and Samut Prakarn provinces only.

    • An advance reservation of at least 2 days is required. A postponement or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the usage date, otherwise, the company will take it as ‘used’.

    • Once purchased and registered, the deal holder can register 3 pick-up or a drop-off points maximum (only one-stop per trip). Any additional pick-up or drop-off point will be charged at THB 1,500 per point per trip.

    • For an airport pick-up from an inbound flight, the maximum waiting time is 2 hours after the flight landed. If the airport representative cannot contact a client or in case of no-show, the company will take this as completed. If need a longer waiting time at the airport, the client must inform Silver Voyage Club Concierge team at least 15 minutes in advance prior 2-hour waiting time completed. An additional charge of THB 500 applies for every 30 minutes waiting. This expense can be paid directly to White Glove Delivery Co., Ltd.

    • For Suvarnabhumi International Airport, the meeting point is between entrance 3 and 4. For Donmuang International Airport, the meeting point is between entrance 1 and 5.

    • For an airport drop-off for an outbound flight, the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. An additional charge of THB 500 applies for every 30 minutes waiting. This expense can be paid directly to White Glove Delivery Co., Ltd.

    • In case of any delays from the client that causes missing the flights, the company will not take any responsibility.

    • The client may pay extra fee in case of adding passenger(s) or luggage that is beyond the maximum limit.

  • For the hotel, these following conditions apply:

    • At least 14 days advance reservation is required.

    • The deal holder must select one choice between 10 nights stay in four-star hotels OR 5 nights stay in five-star hotels. 

    • The accommodation is for 2 persons per room including breakfast only. Other expenses consumed by the client will be under the responsibility of the client.

    • The city tax is not included. The client can pay directly to the hotel.

    • The reservation made must be under the deal holder’s name only.

    • The eligible nights are available to use altogether, consecutively, or separately by the deal holder.

    • Any additional charges that may occur from additional guests are under the responsibility of the deal holder.

    • These following blackout dates apply: 22 December 2023 - 10 January 2024, 19 July - 18 August 2024, 22 December 2024 - 10 January 2025, as well as festive or world-class event period of each town/city.

    • Once a reservation enquiry is made, a Silver Voyage Club Concierge team will update the reservation process to the client within 48 hours.

    • The hotel loyalty points may be collected, if valid. However, the room upgrade by using the loyalty points must be done directly by the client.

    • The hotel’s general terms and conditions apply.
