Chef Christian Martena was raised in the Puglia region of Italy where he started to discover his passion for cooking at their family restaurant. An aptitute for learning new techniques and preparing innovative food led him to work in some of Europe's most famous kitchens. He moved to Asia and worked at award-wining restaurants and ultra-luxury hotels. This wealth of experience led him to launch his own restaurant in Bangkok alongside his wife Clara, after whom it is named. The restaurant has gained critical acclaim for its modern take on Italian fine dining.

Chef 'Oat' Rudttborn Pumsirinun, the Executive Chef from Sawa Restuarant in Hat Yai, started up his career on Programming before changed his career path to the culinary world. His passion in cooking is always something in his heart and he had a chance to work alongside Chef Henk from Savelberg until he became a Sous Chef there. After that, he joins Signature Group in Hat Yai as an Executive Chef. His culinary is a story telling about a journey of his culinary he had experience and highlighting local ingredients, identity and wisdom which reflect his 'Food of the Wind' concept.

Chef Giorgio Diana, “Jojo”, Chef patron of Casa Fontana by Giorgio Diana, Italian fine dining Restaurant inside the famous Eda Royal Hotel in Kaohsiung/Taiwan, and the 28th in the world by 50 Top Italy & Novita dell’anno 2022, joins hands with Chef Dave Yu, a former left hand of a famous demon chef Alvin Leung from Bo Innovation and Forbidden Duck, to invite you to experience one-of-a-kind culinary journey where two of the the great chefs from Eastern and Western food world meet and create a unqiue and memorable dinner right in the heart of Bangkok.

The Thai-inspired Restaurant led by Chef Nick, Nutthapol Pavapaiboon our Executive and Owner of Wang HingHoi. The restaurant located in the middle of Bangkok and has just recently been awarded in Top 25 Restaurants in Bangkok 2023. His passion is to gear towards elevating Thai food to the world class level by using the delicate and complex technique of French cuisine.

‘Kaen’, the first casual fine dining in Khon Kaen, was built with the passion of the owner Chef Paisarn and his ex-colleague Chef Kanyarat. Chef Paisarn focuses on using local ingredients, they always create the contemporary menu that brings the best of the local ingredient tastes and brings another side of Esan to their customers.

Following his successful time as Head Chef of Le Normandie, Arnaud Dunand Sauthier’s next venture was opening his own place. Here he welcomes you into a home designed like the Alpine chalets of the Savoie region in France, where he grew up. The French contemporary tasting menu is inspired by his alpine origins, childhood trips to Brittany and his glittering international culinary journey. Expect too an excellent wine cellar with many great French vintages.

Chef Thaninthorn “Noom” Chantrawan of one-MICHELIN-starred Chim By Siam Wisdom is most recognized in the city for his stint on Iron Chef Thailand. Having over 14 years of European and modern molecular cuisines experiences and working for a various famous restaurant in England including Zuma, Roka, Patterson’s, Momo and Sketch.

Chef Noom has stretched his wings to The Gardener Khaoyai in Nakhon Ratchasima. He drew inspiration from Chef Thomas Keller’s iconic three MICHELIN Starred The French Laundry, where diners could experience local ingredients in delicious ways. Team up with Chef Noom are Chef Cheng, Chef ID and Chef Big, the top 3 winners of Stars Chef Thailand 2022.

Chef Nhoi started her interests in food at a young age. “Bangkok Bold Kitchen” is the latest brainchild of hers, it’s an uncompromising Thai restaurant where brings the local to the city that’s at the same time precise, sincere and lots of flavours while stand still dishing out straightforward the heritage of Thai taste naturally is, “Basic and Bold”. 

Chef Naree, a former ballerina, is an untiring advocate of authentic Thai cuisine. She highlights the abundance of Thailand’s finest and rarest ingredients and in search of lost recipes from cookery manuscripts. Her unique style of cooking is a means of communicating with Thai art, history and culture.

Penlaos started over a decade ago as a street stall. Today, it’s an altogether different operation offering a North-Eastern or Esan cuisine with high quality menu in a building with high ceilings surrounded by lush gardens and views of the mountains.
